The Challenge

The estate grounds were an underused, sloping expanse of rough lawn with no defined outdoor living zones and poor surface drainage that left areas waterlogged after rain.

Our Solution

We reshaped the levels into a series of usable terraces, built three bespoke oak pergolas and composite decking zones, and introduced a Highland-appropriate planting scheme with automated irrigation and discreet land drainage.
