The Challenge — A True Jungle Garden
The owners had inherited a completely neglected EH30 garden — knee-high wild grass, fly-tipped furniture and rubble against the gable wall, broken slabs hidden under weeds, and standing water across the rear lawn from blocked drainage. There was no usable patio, no lawn worth saving, and no defined outdoor living space.
Our Solution — Total Garden Reset
We stripped the garden back to subsoil, installed a full French drain and soakaway system, then built a wraparound ToBERMORE Historic Paving terrace with a curved lawn edge. Tobermore Slate Walling defines the lawn boundary, Secure Light Walling forms a step detail, and Flamingo Chip drainage borders separate paving from turf — finished with high-quality fresh roll-out turf.
